Holly’s journey in personal care began with her Masters in Public Health at Boston University, concentrating in health law, human rights and bioethics. She completed her thesis on the US cosmetic industry from a regulatory, ethical and environmental health perspective.
In 2013, Holly joined the founding team at Follain (acquired by Credo Beauty) as Director of Health and Safety, building the first retail-based ingredient assessment and education platform, weaving wellness advocacy and sustainability into high-level branding. To gain a deeper understanding of in-house product manufacturing and prestige beauty, she joined May Lindstrom Skin as Head of Global Partnerships and Education in 2015.
Holly’s consulting approach is integrative and thorough. Acting as a liaison between key stakeholders, Holly introduces methodology to the madness by aligning brand mission with product development from end to end. Armed with extensive knowledge of cosmetic manufacturing and ingredient sourcing, she translates the science and positions products for marketing and beyond.
Holly believes impactful products are thoughtfully delivered experiences that speak to a person’s intelligence, curiosity, and creativity.
